πΏ Advent Drift Pattern – Coming Soon!
Iβve been busy working on my Advent Drift pattern, and after lots of messages from you asking if it could be released soonerβ¦ I listened!
β¨ New release date: 13th March 2026 β¨
This design uses the beautiful Almond Stitch and incorporates all 24 mini skeins (20g each) from my advent set from Botanical Yarns I won last year. Iβm so excited to share this pattern with you, it has been such a joyful make and I cannot wait for release day πΏπ§Ά

π§Ά Squishy Yarn Delivery
I had a wonderfully squishy yarn delivery this month for a couple of commissions currently in the pipeline π
Iβll be working with the gorgeous Chenille Chunky from Yarnsmiths, ordered directly from Wool Warehouse – super soft, super cosy, and perfect for what I have planned π§Άβ¨

Absolutely amazing!! Thank you to everyone who has contributed.
Our next drop-in session is:
π
Tuesday 3rd March
Thereβs lots happening behind the scenes as we begin preparing to start sewing the poppies onto netting, a huge step forward and very exciting for the project.
π Birthday Celebrations
I celebrated my birthday this month and felt very spoiled and very loved π
Ems baked me a cake, and so did my mum, my two absolute favourite flavours:
π° Victoria sponge
π Orange and wholemeal cake
Both were absolutely delicious and made my birthday extra special.
I also treated myself to the cutest stitch markers from @Sekizyumak, sometimes the best presents are the ones you choose yourself π§Άβ¨
February is also my sisterβs birthday month, and I gifted her the Walking on Sunshine Bust the Blues CAL blanket, a handmade gift made with love π
I also held my annual birthday giveaway, and the winner was @littleworkroomcrafts π
Thank you all so much for your entries, birthday wishes, and kindness – and for the many lovely gifts from friends and family. I truly appreciate every single one.
πΎ And Finallyβ¦ A New Fear Unlocked π
This month also brought something unexpected⦠a brand-new fear:
WORMS. π³
I took the boys out for a walk and, because the ground was so waterlogged, the worms were everywhere! And I mean thousands! Letβs just say it wasβ¦ an experience I wonβt forget anytime soon ππ
β¨ Looking Ahead
February has been full of creativity, progress, and lovely moments, and Iβm really looking forward to March, especially the Advent Drift pattern release on 13th March πΏπ§Άβ¨
