Hi, My name is Helen and I am the face behind Emkatcrochet. I have been a crochet designer for just over 4 years now, and it’s my passion to bring you modern and unique designs! In June 2024 I had my Crochet Illusion Blankets book published by D & C Books. This was definitely my biggest achievement to date! I have also had patterns published in Inside Crochet, Crochet Now & Simply Crochet magazines as well as designing pieces for Crochet Society and Little Box of Crochet. You can find lots of my free patterns that I have done for Cygnet Yarns, Knitting Network, Hobbycraft and I designed and made the Noel Cal 2023 for Sirdar. Recently I have become an ambassador for Stylecraft yarns so you can expect some new patterns from me soon using Stylecraft yarns. And lastly I have designed some patterns that are on Wool Warehouse website that you can purchase along with yarn packs to. I have so much in the pipeline for 2025 and I will be posting on my blog about those in the near future!
