October has been such a fun and creative month, full of new projects, releases, and a few yarny adventures! Here’s everything that’s been happening…

🌈 Groovy Baby Blanket Release

This month saw the release of the Groovy Baby Blanket! 🎉

🧣 Apple Blossom Dreams Chevron Scarf

I couldn’t resist making the free Chevron Scarf pattern by Apple Blossom Dreams using Stylecraft Horizon Chunky in the Russets colourway. It’s such a gorgeous autumn shade and makes the perfect infinity scarf for chilly days! 🍁 Grab the FREE Pattern here!

🧶 Knitting the Litmus Cowl

I finally cast on my Litmus Cowl, using a kit I bought over a year ago from Duck Darlings at Cumbrian Wool Gathering 2024! It’s been waiting patiently in my stash, and I’m so glad it’s finally on my needles. I even took my new gifted yarn spinner on a little adventure and knitted in the wild next to a beautiful waterfall, pure bliss! 💧✨

🧦 Crochet Socks That Rock!

This month I also made my first ever pair of crochet socks as part of the book tour for the lovely @annanikipirowicz 💕 and her amazing new book “Crochet Socks That Rock”, which is out now!
I used West Yorkshire Spinners (WYS) yarn in the Rum Paradise colourway, and I’m officially hooked on sock-making!

✨ New Design: Magic Moss Stitch Scarf

There’s a brand-new design coming soon!! The Magic Moss Stitch Scarf!
It uses just one 100g skein of hand-dyed 4ply yarn, and I’m so excited to share it with you. The pattern will be released on Friday 7th November, and there will be two pattern options included in the download/purchase.

It’s been a busy but brilliant month, and I can’t wait to see what November brings!
